Frequently Asked Questions

Our one of a kind glass pieces are customized by hand with strong adhesive vinyl (think the kind of vinyl stickers that go on the outside of car windows). The decals are durable and long-lasting, but may start to show signs of wear over time. With proper care, however, the decals should last for years and years. If you have an issue with a custom piece you received recently, contact us and we'll do our best to resolve it.

The vinyl decals on your custom bong are made with a super strong adhesive and should last for a very long time. It is fine to get them wet or even gently wash the outside of your glass with soap and water. Avoid heavy scrubbing or scratching over the vinyl decals. Do not soak the outside of the glass for long periods. Do not place in the dishwasher and avoid extreme temperatures. We are not responsible for decals that are damaged due to improper care.

Returns are only accepted on items that are proved to have arrived broken or damaged in some way.
